Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this remote position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assisting users with any technical issues they may encounter while using our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users of our software
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on how to effectively use our platform
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of educational technology is preferred
