Job Summary:

we are seeking a Virtual Teacher to join our team in supporting remote learning for students in Colorado. The Virtual Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and educational online lessons to students, providing individualized support, and monitoring student progress throughout the educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver virtual lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students based on their learning needs
• Interact with students in virtual classrooms, answering questions and facilitating discussions
• Assess student comprehension and progress through regular assessments and feedback
• Collaborate with other educators and program administrators to ensure the success of the virtual learning program
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company and educational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification in Colorado
• Experience teaching in a virtual or online learning environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet student needs
• Proficiency with virtual learning platforms and technology
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
